Therapeutic Touch is an energy therapy which uses the hands to clear, energise and balance the human energy field.

It is a scientifically based approach to healing founded on the premise that the body, mind and emotions form a dynamic energy field which includes and extends beyond the physical body.

You remain fully clothed and can either sit or lie down whereby your practitioner will assess your energy field by moving their hands 10-20 cms away from the body.

They will then bring your energy field back into balance by moving, re-patterning or transferring energy, with their hands held just above or sometimes lightly on your body. You may feel warmth and /or tingling in certain areas, or maybe nothing at all, but experience an improved sense of wellbeing up to several days after a treatment.
