The basic Heal Your Life (R) philosophy proposes:
- What we think about ourselves becomes true for us
- everyone is responsible for everything in their lives – the best and the worst
- every thought we think is creating our future
- each one of us creates our experiences by our thoughts and our feelings
- the thoughts we think and the words we speak create our experiences
- we can, with practise, change the thoughts we think
Problems arise in our lives when we give our power away and constantly blame the past, whether it be an experience or a person, for the way we think and live our lives now.
When we give ourselves the chance to release the baggage we carry, and realise we can choose how we think, and allow ourselves the opportunity to create peace, harmony and balance in our mind, then this is what we can expect in our lives.
Your journey is about you and you only……………the way you are, the major events and experiences which have brought you to this point in your life. The process of healing your life, begins with breaking down and through the layers of old conditioning and beliefs about how you SHOULD lead your life. You will discover that many of the beliefs you live by are in fact ones which ahve been forced upon you and in many cases totally untrue for you!
The process is not magical or difficult. Once you are willing to commit yourself to change, through a series of steps you can clear out the emotional clutter you have collected and begin your new Life!
The exercises which are unique to Louise's workshops are delivered to you by caring and supportive mentors, who have experienced this workshop for themselves and use these techniques in their own lives.
What can I expect at a workshop?
You will be part of a small group of like minded people, who come together as strangers, but surprisingly all experience the same emotions and can share and support each other in achieving enormous growth in a short time. Everyone shares your feelings of insecurity, doubt and uncertainty and you are not alone. You simply have to be willing to grow, and isn't that all any of us truly want? You will be guided by qualified and non-judgemental leaders, through exercises and visualisations, designed to help you recognise where in your life you are holding fear and old beliefs that are preventing you from living your life to the full.
Expect to move through a great deal and leave with a renewed sense of who you are and where you want to make changes in your life, with a greaterchance of success!
What do I need to do to prepare for the workshop?
Really the only thing you need to do is to be willing to let go and to truly want to change the way you think about your life. It's that simple, being willing is 95% of the battle. Even when we think we want to change, subconsciously we often sabotage our efforts. This workshop helps you identlfy what those block are and how to release them. You will leave with a toolkit of spiritual and practical ideas that will support you for the rest of your life.
If you can read Louise's book You Can Heal Your Life before you attend, this will help you recognise the ideas presented, but it is not essential. I have copies available for sale.

Creating A Treasure Map for Your Life
Held on request weekday or weekend.
Everyone needs to have dreams and goals! But how do you keep up the momentum and enthusiasm to make sure those dreams become reality?
One way is to create a treasure map…….. A treasure map is a collage of pictures and phrases that represents what you are creating in your life. You use pictures and phrases based on the themes of health, happiness, love, career, relationships, finances, travel, and spirituality etc.. to create a visual set of positive affirmations on a poster board.
Creating it is a fun and enriching experience and when you hang your new treasure map in a prominent place you reinforce and support your dreams. Great fun and the most powerful thing you may do in 2010!

Learn Reiki for yourself!
Our courses are designed to give you a comprehensive introduction to Reiki in a safe and nurturing environment.
Level 1 attunes you to Reiki energy, you learn the history, the principles,what Reiki can be used for and basic hand positions. By the end of the 2 day workshop you will be confident in giving short and full treatments to yourself, family and friends. A comprehensive manual and certificate are given on completion.

Level 2- Practitioner Level… is where you are given access to the sacred symbols used to channel higher vibrations of energy. We work on the emotional level of healing………. You learn new techniques and become proficient at Distant Healing, along with business practicalities. After completion of this workshop you are entitled to join an association such as IICT and gain insurance to practice. A comprehensive manual and certificate is awarded.

Level 3 (Master)
Part A- You are attuned to Master Level and given the Master symbol. You learn more advanced techniques for healing along with energy boosting meditations. We explore the principles of Reiki in more depth and look at the Seichim (Sekhem) system of healing. You are awarded Master Reiki part A along with Seichim Level 1.

Seichim Level 1 and Master
Usually included in Master A and B, the Seichim System of Healing is a beautifl addition to Reiki, as well as being a complete system in itself. Re-discovered in the Pyramids of Egypt, Seichim or Sekhem is a gentle, yet powerful femimine energy, supported by Isis, Buddha and the Angels. There are numerous symbols to this system ,with moer being added all the time.
This system can be learnt alongside Reiki, but I am also offering it as a stand alone one day workshop where you are attuned to both Level 1 and Master. Open to anyone who has completed Reiki Level 2 .
